Universal (Far East) Enterprises Ltd.
Established in 2006, Universal (Far East) Enterprises Ltd. began its journey into business. Born from the need to source and explore the world of manufacturing abroad, the company emerged as globalization reshaped internal markets. Large corporations were already in place, and supplies became increasingly expensive and dependent on multinationals.
Our incorporation was a response to the challenges faced by SMEs, which were struggling in a marketplace dominated by big players. As a small-to-medium enterprise (SME), we found ourselves needing to adapt and navigate the evolving business landscape. Many promises of the “New Economy” and other trends failed to meet our expectations, leaving us disillusioned.
Our hopes were repeatedly dashed by the greed, arrogance, or lack of attention from the major players. Over time, we found ourselves increasingly cornered, with fewer options available as the market grew more competitive.
Something has to be done. Quit the corner and leave to see what opportunities could be found in the open sea of the International and globali- zed business.

QUALITY CONTROL
Quality control, or QC for short, is a process by which entities review the quality of all factors involved in production. ISO 9000 defines quality control as “A part of quality management focused on fulfilling quality requirements” This approach places an emphasis on three aspects (enshrined in standards such as ISO 9001). All our products comply with the European Standard for different countries, various products meets client’s different requirements. We believe in good quality is the base of a long term business. We always try to provide solution and solve problem for customers, because interest of our client is our priority.

MARKET ANALYSIS
Marketing research is “the process or set of processes that links the producers, customers, and end users to the marketer through information used to identify and define marketing opportunities and problems; generate and evaluate marketing actions; monitor marketing performance; and improve understanding of marketing as a process.

LOGISTIC
Logistics is generally the detailed organization and implementation of a complex operation. In a general business sense, logistics is the manage- ment of the flow of things between the point of origin and the point of consumption in order to meet requirements of customers or corporations. We also process the shipping requirements.

GRAPHIC DESIGN
Graphic design is the process of visual communication and problem-solving using one or more of typography, photography and illustration. The field is considered a subset of visual communication and communication design, but sometimes the term “graphic design” is used synonymously. Graphic designers create and combine symbols, images and text to form visual representations of ideas and messages.

SOURCING
Sourcing is a matter of trust. In such interconnected world it looks to be very easy to search for anything. Often although the result is not what you expect to be. Sometimes because of lack of information, sometimes for improvisation sometimes because of good or bad faith. The process of sourcing involves a knowledge of the environment and mindsets, more than technical specification. While the specs are scientifically and/or technically set, a knowledge involves experience and understanding. Many factors are in game from understanding the product/service to the rules of the different markets to the pattern of the people involved to QC. This is – for instance – just ONE of the aspects of sourcing. Bottom line is: UNDERSTANDING to ANSWER is our job!

Personalization, broadly known as customization, consists of tailoring a service or a product to accommodate specific individuals or companies requirements, sometimes tied to groups or segments of individuals.
